How do I get started?

First, schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation.

After you schedule your call, I’ll send you a quick 5 minute questionnaire to complete before we chat. During the consultation, we’ll talk briefly about what is bringing you in for counseling and answer any questions that you may have.

If we decide we are a good fit, we’ll schedule your first appointment over the phone and I’ll then send you an email with a link to sign up for your own personalized client portal.

Before your first appointment

I’ll have ready for you a few intake documents that need to be completed in your personalized client portal.

During your first appointment

I’ll ask a bunch of questions to get to know more about you, your concerns and a bit of your background (this includes family history, medical history and so on). We’ll talk about your struggles and goals.

Location

Since COVID 19 began, I’ve been meeting clients virtually, via video conference or phone. However, I now have a few in-person slots at my office on Thursdays.

My office is at 244 Fifth Avenue, Suite 8B, only a few blocks away from the New York Empire State Building and Penn Station. 

Office hours are by appointment only.
